IP65 rating protection 90 mm (3.54”) square recessed lighting installable in a cavity measuring only 80 mm (3.15”)
This product version adds to the special characteristics of the Genius Basic IP65 protection level, for very damp indoor and outdoor applications. The body of the Genius Basic IP65, the totally recessed luminaire for outdoor use, is made in Coral WaterOut®, the Buzzi & Buzzi patent which adds being waterproof to the characteristic features of Coral®.
Designed for the Contract market, Genius Basic IP65 guarantees all the technical reliability of Buzzi & Buzzi: it can supply 540 lm from the usual light emission hole of 24 mm (0.94”), is extremely compact and can be installed in a cavity measuring only 80 mm (3.15”).
The electrical part can be removed through the light hole, thanks to a mechanism making it easy to pull the LED light source out and replace it, so there is no need for any inspection hatch, nor for invasive maintenance operations.
